will be acting as both your project manager and on-site technician; therefore, you
will receive support from the same person each time services are required. The person
you communicate with via e-mail and on the phone will be the same person you see
face-to-face. If a partner company needs to be called in to provide a specialty
service, Kirk will act as your coordinator and communicate directly with you. That
way your service person who knows your systems the best will handle your projects
each time.
Scheduled appointments that fit your time schedule.
With
other computer-consulting firms on-site appointments are scheduled to take place
some time during a large window of time. Scheduled appointments on an exact date
or time are commonly not offered, forcing many to wait around the office all day
for service.
